Lokomotiv Malian striker Dramane Traore scored six goals in trial games, which is one third of all goals of his team during three pre-season camps.
Last year this striker scored eight goals in the Russian championship on loan to Kuban and set his best result in Russia. In Lokomotiv his record is six goals, which he set in 2006.
"I think that the main reason is time spent on the field", Traore told. "In 2006 I played from time to time and I scored only six goals. I didn’t play a single match in 2008 and in this situation it’s difficult to demonstrate serious results".
"I had constant practice in Kuban and very often I played in attack alone and I needed to invent something and create scoring opportunities. I got valuable experience and became more self-confident".
